This is without doubt one of the best art books that I have read. It is a challenge to understand abstract art and this book adresses this issue. On the road to understanding this subject, is how the best of these artist rely on traditional art, and how they move forward to presenting something new.There is a discussion on his palette and where it come from, and how he uses this in the portrayal of light.I got so much out of this book, a few pages but so full of wonderful knowledge about this amazing artist.
