Burroughs, Catherine Deneuve, Graham Greene, Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Mapplethorpe, Yves Saint Laurent, and Nicole Kidman. Read more

Reviews

A mythical couple taking pictures of mythical people. I wasn't always a big fan of Helmut Newton's work, but this book is much more about himself and his relationship with his wife, also a photographer. His self-portraits (nowadays called selfies) are hilarious, and hers are extremely moving. Under the slick surface, there is lots of emotion in this book.
